Aron Archer is a Montreal-based actor originally from Iran. An alumnus of the National Theatre School of Canada, he made his leading debut in Léa Pool’s film, On Sera Heureux (We’ll Find Happiness). Fluent in English, French, Farsi, and Azerbaijani Turkish, and a classically trained singer, Aron continues to build momentum in both film and theatre in Canada and beyond.
Saad, a young Moroccan undocumented immigrant, plans a perilous journey to America with Reza, his Iranian lover. Upon their arrival in Montreal, Saad is called upon to save his lover from certain deportation to Iran, where a likely punishment awaits him.

Green Fingers follows Arad, a young gardener who, after ending a relationship with his girlfriend finds an unexpected connection with Catherine, a woman in her late forties, through the exchange of a thrifted cardigan. The film explores Arad’s deep bond with nature and his open-minded approach to love, highlighting his willingness to embrace unconventional relationships. As he develops a connection with Catherine, Green Fingers delves into themes of personal growth, fluid attraction, and the beauty of love in unexpected forms, all set against the quiet, transformative backdrop of the natural world.
